The analysis, frameworks, and “operating manuals” provided here are the proprietary intellectual property of YF Agency.

• Permitted Use: You may quote short excerpts (up to 100 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the original article.

• Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or syndicate our full articles or proprietary frameworks without express written permission.

3. Subscriptions & Refunds

• Processing: All payments are processed securely through Substack Inc.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Substack account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

• Refund Policy: As this is a digital information service, we do not offer refunds once a subscription period has commenced, except where required by Japanese consumer law.

4. Community Guidelines

We view our comment section as a boardroom, not a public forum. We value professional debate and shared insight.

• We reserve the right to remove comments or ban users who engage in harassment, spam, or unprofessional conduct.

• We reserve the right to revoke the subscription of any individual who violates these standards, without refund.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
